Originally born in New York, Jerdansla “Jay” Drone grew up and has spent the majority of her life in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is fully bilingual and loves South Florida and her multicultural community. The beautiful beaches along with the flourishing communities and surrounding developments are just a few of the reasons why Jay is so passionate to work in Real Estate in the South Florida area. She often gives back to her community through non-profit organizations such as Rebuilding Together Broward/Miami, which gives her great pride and joy. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in early childhood education has provided Jay the experience, understanding and patience which she instills in her everyday life. Her experience in her education has played a great role in instilling the discipline it takes to offer the best service possible for her clients.

Jay has also gained a lot of experience through the years working with a variety of people in the hospitality industry, property management, and day to day operations of a family owned business. This has given her the opportunity to perfect her communication and PR skills to better serve clients. Jay is confident and experienced in building customer relationships and genuinely believes in building long term success by consistently helping those around her. Outside of real estate, Jay takes a lot of pride in spending time with her loved ones and holds her family very dear to her heart. She credits a lot of her morals and values to her upbringing and close family ties. She’s also very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle through fitness and yoga, as well as being active outdoors by enjoying the beach, paddle boarding, bicycling and hiking.
